We exclusively harvest premium Arabica coffee beans from our high-altitude farm, where elevations between 1,800 and 2,000 meters allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, concentrating the complex sugars and flavors that our customers love.

We refuse to blend our harvest with lower-grade beans to increase volume. Our Single-Origin Coffee Collection represents the purest expression of the Itagüí terroir.
